System requirements
Although the system is a free online system, your school will need some hardware / software to run our system, nothing out of the ordinary - we promise!

Setting detentions
- Choosing a year will populate the student list (saving loading time)
- When you choose a student a 5 day per week calender will load, click on a day - you can only choose days the student doesn't have an existing detention.
- Choose from a range of reasons for the detention
- Select a department, the system will remember your preference
- Indicate whether the lesson was a cover lesson, (for monitoring purposes)
- Choose a room, the system will remember this for you
- Press submit. Hey presto!
Viewing current detentions
Useful for finding out who has detentions, if a parent phones enquiring where their child is - here's the answer

For admin staff, a list of students who have a whole school detention during the week
