Although the system is a free online system, your school will need some hardware / software to run our system, nothing out of the ordinary - we promise!

System requirements
Any computer with internet access using Internet Explorer 6 or higher Internet Explorer 7 recommended, the system has also been used with other browsers e.g. firefox.
You will need to upload a list of staff and students to set-up the system. We provide report definitions to make this a simple exercise from Sims.
You will need to set-up a computer to print the letters from. A software package to print postcards / detention letters will be provided to install on this computer.
Protecting your data
All personal data about your students is held where it’s safe, at your school . We never request or require any personal data about your students.
The only data we require is a list of teacher and student names. We are committed to only requesting data we actually need to provide the service we offer. All user data is password protected for your piece of mind.
