Bob enables schools to track who is using rooms such as computer rooms, school hall and other bookable rooms. Bob enables all users to book rooms and all users to have viability of who has booked the room.

The system reduces the need for a person to administer room booking.

Bob is designed to enable all staff with an account to book a room from anywhere they have internet access.
An important feature of Bob is that it allows you to add timetable bookings.
The system allows for a 1 week and 2 week timetables. Actually it will allow for up to a 4 week timetable.
Bob enables you to specify how many periods a day your school or college has.

Bob helps school provide ICTAC activity data for OFSTED showing teachers that have proactively booked ICT rooms. Bob also allows users to indicate the year group, subject and topic being taught in the room, helping with ICTAC mapping
